Effective immediately, we will be calling BSO if anyone is found using the pool or pool area after DUSK. We have NO TREPASSING signs posted on the gates, as well as pool rules, and this is for all of our residents or non-residents of The Lakes. Florida law and our HOA rules prohibit swimming after dusk nor is the pool to be used before

Effective immediately, we will be calling BSO if anyone is found using the pool or pool area after DUSK. We have NO TREPASSING signs posted on the gates, as well as pool rules, and this is for all of our residents or non-residents of The Lakes. Florida law and our HOA rules prohibit swimming after dusk nor is the pool to be used before dawn. The rules are the pool may be used DAWN TO DUSK. Why? Because this is a liability for the Association since we do not have a lifeguard on duty.

Abusers of this posted sign have been using the pool after dark and late into the night for a long time. We have tried to prevent abusers from jumping the fence and have not been successful. If you are found to be in this area after dark and the police come, please cooperate with them.
